The CEO
The CEO sits on top of vision because he can see it all and is the head of marketing being as commercial as they get. You could say he turned down multiple offers from international banking and finances and chose to chase the dream but you would be lying your ass off. You can as easily find him chasing the perfect line in the slopes of southern Finland or getting pounded by the set waves in some remote part of Indian Ocean. As long as there is a cold one nearby it's all good.
Should you need a brand strategy, better marketing or up to date graphic design he's your guy. All things that fall between administration and playing double for Opie is his domain.

The Coach Malvela
The Coach is hands on the best in the business. Sure you would not hire him to clean your house but if you want to the Olympics he'll get you there - payment is up front, of course.
He has been coaching athletes, he has been coaching coaches who coach athletes and even coaching coaches who coach coaches to coach coaches. If you want results you need to look no further. You can find him skiing in the wilderness with wolves or riding his Triumph through the countryside burning villages he don't like that much.
If your club needs some guidance in coaching you call him or if you just happen to need a perfect technique in swimming you also call him. The same number. All the answers. Pretty handy if you ask me.

The Research Academic Guy
Every outfit needs the dude who knows his shit and can handle it with ease. Meet the Research Academic Guy aka RAG. He looks at you, sizes you up and chops you to pieces - in a second and takes the next ten to write an academic paper about it and gets it published. He's a cunning devil and only way through his defenses is cunning use of ski jumping, his only weakness. Without data it's all just make believe. He gets the data. He's as comfortable in choking out people on the mat as he is teaching a group of wannabies the fine art of skill training or rocking his guitar.
The value of information can not be exaggerated. It's vital and getting the data work for you is a man's work. That's why we introduce this guy.
